According to the Attorney General, Governor Riley has taken the disagreement too far. Media say Troy King has filed a brief on the Governor’s stance of the issue and the Governor’s way of the law. King says that filing the brief was not something he had planned on doing but something he did not have a choice but to do as he had been entrusted with the Attorney General’s office.
